Toll the Hounds

Steven Erikson is a Canadian fantasy author, best known for his Malazan Book of the Fallen series. He has also published several other novels, including the Willful Child series and the Kharkanas Trilogy.

Erikson’s writing career began in the early 1990s, when he published several short stories in various magazines. Toll the Hounds is the eighth book in the Malazan Book of the Fallen series. It was published in 2011. The book continues the story of the Malazan Empire, focusing on the city of Darujhistan. The book also introduces a new character, Kiska, who plays a pivotal role in the story.
