Michael Crichton was an American author, screenwriter, and film director and producer. He was the author of Jurassic Park and the creator of ER.

Crichton was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Zula Miller and John Henderson Crichton, a journalist. He was raised on Long Island, in a suburban setting.

Crichton graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in anthropology in 1964 and from Harvard Medical School with an M.D. in 1969. He was a visiting lecturer in anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, from 1966 to 1967.

Crichton’s first novel, The Andromeda Strain, was published in 1969 while he was working as a doctor. He followed it with five more novels, including The Great Train Robbery (1975), Eaters of the Dead (1976), Congo (1980), and Sphere (1987).

Crichton’s first film as a director was Westworld (1973), a science-fiction Western starring Yul Brynner. His other films include Coma (1978), Looker (1981), Runaway (1984), and The 13th Warrior (1999).

Crichton died of cancer on November 4, 2008

The Great Train Robbery was written in response to the robbery of a train in Pennsylvania in 1866.

There are a few things that make the community highly rated for The Great Train Robbery. First, it is a very close-knit community. Everyone knows everyone and there is a strong sense of community. Second, the schools in the community are excellent. Third, the community is very safe.

The possible turnover from selling the The Great Train Robbery could be very high. The book has been described as “a classic of crime fiction” and “one of the most famous robberies in British history”, so it is likely that there would be a lot of interest in it.
