No, there is nothing special about the characters of The Couple Next Door.

It was my pleasure to interview Kirsten Potter, the narrator of Lisa Jewell’s new novel, The Couple Next Door, her second book in the last year (The Third Wife came out in June 2015.)

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kirsten about this book, about the unique challenges of recording a book with multiple POVs, and about how she handles the recording of a book in which a baby disappears from its home.

We also spoke about her work as an actress, her experience playing the role of the narrator in the audio book for Jojo Moyes’ Me Before You, and about the unique challenges of recording a memoir.

Kirsten is also a voice-over artist, an audiobook narrator, and an audio book producer. She is the narrator of the Emmy award winning Family Guy, among many other shows.

Kirsten has narrated over 300 audiobooks and has been awarded multiple Earphones Awards.

The couple next door has achieved great things together. They have been married for over 20 years and have two beautiful children. They have a successful business and are well respected in their community. They are always there for each other and their family and friends. They are truly an inspiration to all who know them.
