Notorious Nineteen

The series Notorious Nineteen has generally received positive reviews. with me for a minute.

The Notorious Nineteen is the nineteenth book in the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. In this installment, Stephanie is tracking down a missing person who may have been kidnapped. The case leads her to a seedy motel, a strip club, and a body dumpster. Along the way, she has to deal with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Morelli, as well as her former lover, Ranger. The book is fast-paced and full of humor, as well as a few touching moments.

I think it is a combination of all three. The content is definitely top-notch, the characters are well-developed and likable, and the special Lorelei King is definitely a big selling point. She does an amazing job with the narration and really brings the characters to life.
