Robert Dugoni is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author. His books have been translated into more than two dozen languages and sold in over eighty countries. His Tracy Crosswhite series has won awards and garnered rave reviews.
Dugoni grew up in the Seattle area, the son of a lawyer and a schoolteacher. He attended Stanford University, where he graduated with honors, and then earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. After working as a trial attorney for several years, he decided to try his hand at writing fiction.
He wrote his first novel, My Sister’s Grave, in three months. It was published in 2014 and became an instant bestseller. The Tracy Crosswhite series has since grown to include five books, with the sixth, The Trapped Girl, set to be released in 2019.
Dugoni is also the author of the David Sloane series, which includes the books The Conviction, The Second Chair, and The Fifth Witness. He has also written stand-alone thrillers, such as The 7th Canon and Bodily Harm.
