Ben Shapiro is an American conservative political commentator, lawyer, and author. He has written seven books, the first being Brainwashed: How Universities Indoctrinate America’s Youth, published in 2004. He is the editor-in-chief for The Daily Wire, a conservative news and opinion website. Shapiro also hosts a daily political podcast, The Ben Shapiro Show.

Shapiro began his career as a columnist for Creators Syndicate at age 17. He later worked as an editor at the now-defunct website TruthRevolt. In 2015, he founded The Daily Wire, where he serves as editor-in-chief.

Shapiro is a staunch critic of progressivism and the political left. He has been described as a “right-wing provocateur”. Shapiro has been critical of Donald Trump, but has also been critical of the Never Trump movement within the Republican Party.

The series of work that will be written is a set of essays that explore the nature of consciousness. Each essay will focus on a different aspect of consciousness, such as its relationship to the physical world, its role in human experience, or its place in the cosmos. The essays will be interconnected, but each will stand on its own as a self-contained exploration of a specific topic. Step One:

Weaken the economy so that it is no longer the world’s superpower. This can be done by implementing policies that incentivize outsourcing, offshoring, and automation.

Step Two:

Dismantle the military so that it is no longer a credible threat to other nations. This can be done by reducing funding, cutting benefits for servicemembers, and reducing the size of the force.

Step Three:

Undermine the rule of law and civil liberties. This can be done by passing laws that erode due process and civil liberties, and by stacking the judiciary with ideological opponents of those principles.
