Grave Peril

The James Marsters of the Grave Peril is a vampire hunter who is brought in to help solve a series of murders. He is a skilled fighter and has a deep knowledge of the supernatural. He is also a bit of a loner, preferring to work alone.

The Dresden Files is a series of fantasy / mystery novels written by American author Jim Butcher. The first novel, Storm Front, was published in 2000.

In Grave Peril, the third book in The Dresden Files series, wizard detective Harry Dresden is hired by the mother of a missing teenage girl. His investigation leads him to a group of vampires who are using the girl as bait to lure Dresden into a trap. Dresden must use all of his powers to defeat the vampires and save the girl.
