James S. A. Corey is the pen name used by collaborators Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck. The two began working together in 2006 on the science fiction novel Leviathan Wakes, which was published in 2011. The success of the book led them to continue working together, and they have since published six more novels in the Expanse series.
The James S. A. Corey name was inspired by a mutual friend who used the initials J. S. A. Corey as his pen name. Abraham and Franck thought it was a great name for a scifi author, and so they adopted it for their own work.
The two authors have very different writing styles, but they work well together. Abraham is known for his attention to detail and his ability to world-build, while Franck is known for his fast-paced, action-packed writing. Together, they create stories that are rich and complex, with characters that are fully fleshed out and believable.
The Expanse series has been extremely successful, and has been adapted into a television series on the Syfy channel. The show has been praised for its faithful adaptation of the source material, and has been renewed for a second season.

The Cibola Burn was written as a science fiction novel.
The Cibola Burn is highly rated because it is a great place to live. The community is close-knit and the people are friendly. The amenities are top-notch and there is always something to do. The schools are excellent and the crime rate is low.
The possible turnover from selling the Cibola Burn could be significant. The Cibola Burn is a large and popular novel, and it has been optioned for film rights. If the novel is sold and the film is made, there could be a lot of money to be made from the sale of the novel and the film rights.
