What was your favorite book growing up?

I was a big fan of The Hardy Boys, and I read them all. I also remember reading the entire Lassie series, and the entire Flicka series.

Did you have a favorite teacher? Who was it and why?

I had a lot of favorite teachers, but the one that sticks in my mind was my teacher in 5th grade. She was awesome, and she gave me an A on my first term paper. She was also the teacher who put me in charge of the class library.

Write. Every day. You get better and better, and you never know when you’ll get that big break.
