Crooked River

In the story Crooked River, the protagonist is a young girl named Sarah who is dealing with the loss of her father. Sarah is struggling to cope with her father’s death and is feeling lost and alone. She finds solace in the company of her horse, Crooked River. Sarah and Crooked River form a special bond and together they help each other heal. The story is set in the beautiful, mountainous region of Idaho.
