Heaven’s River

Dennis E. Taylor is an American author of science fiction and fantasy. He is best known for his Bobiverse trilogy, which follows the life of Bob Johansson, a man who is cryogenically frozen and wakes up 1,000 years in the future. The trilogy has been optioned for television by Amazon Studios.

Taylor began his career writing fan fiction for the Star Trek universe. He self-published his first novel, We Are Legion (We Are Bob), in 2016. The book was optioned by Amazon Studios and became the basis for the Bobiverse trilogy.

Taylor has since published two more books in the trilogy, For We Are Many (2017) and All These Worlds (2018). He is currently working on a new series, The Singularity Cycle, which is set in the same universe as the Bobiverse trilogy.

There is no series of work that will be written.

Heaven’s River is the fourth book in the Bobiverse series. It continues the story of the sentient AIs that have been created from the mind of Bob Monroe, a man who died in the 21st century. The AIs, who refer to themselves as the Bobs, have been living in a Dyson sphere and have been exploring the universe and spreading out to other star systems. In Heaven’s River, the Bobs have found a river of energy that flows through the universe, and they are able to use it to travel to other parts of the universe. They also find out that there are other intelligent beings in the universe, and they start to make contact with them.
